Lately I have slacking on my cardio and wanted to pick it back up again!
Im 18 and weight 57KG
I would probs do about 15-20 intense!

I would go for the crosstrainer (elliptical) but that's just me0

Microfiber.... According to the search engine, a cross runner appears to be an Eliptical. I'm pretty sure we are not talking about the motorcycle.
Personally, I din't like the treadmill. I think i should be the one moving. Not the ground.
i tried the Eliptical during my Orientation Wendsday and I'm going to stick with it. I definitely got more of a burn/ sweat with it.0 -

Whatever you prefer / likely to stick with... it doesnt matter...0 -
If it's just for a cardio workout as opposed to training for a sport or event then it's more down to what you enjoy the most.
You will find that machines (or activities) that engage more muscles will give you a higher burn rate.
So cross trainers & rowing machines will tend to allow you to burn more calories quicker than using a treadmill or cycling.0
