    3: to the people telling me to smile, I promise you I am all the time, I just didn't want to be like those infomercials where the people are all like "I lost 14 lbs in two days" and their before/after is just the same except they're sucking in, and smiling instead o normal face like the before pic. So it's just or continuity.

    4: to the people talking about my dog, he told me to tell you thanks. Lol...I love that guy.

    5 to the people looking for boobs...sorry for the cruel prank. :-(

    Also...I should have mentioned, this is a work in progress, I won't ever stop completely, but among my fitness goals is to get at or below 8% body fat, so I still have a ways to go...clearly lol.
