I remember reading a post here about how some people upped their calories. I see where you can do that if you do it manually, but my question is, how do you figure up your sugar/sodium and others intake?
I.E. MFP said that I should eat 1200 calories a day, I am thinking about doing about 1300. How would you input other categories manually?
Thanks

Just by changing the amount of cals it should adjust accordingly. You can set your own values as well if you choose.0
