So the organic veggie service I use delivered the box on Wednesday. It's usually a grab bag of whatever they have their hands on at the time, which is fine by me, I like food adventures. In the box was a big bunch of dill. Hmmm...
So other than dill-rubbed salmon or making some tzatziki sauce, anyone got any good ideas?

Dilly beans, baby carrots with a little sweetener and dill, goes great on chicken, greek yogurt with dill and a little lemon for veggie dip. I have a love affair with dill.0

Can you dry some of it to save it for later?0

Chop it up fine and freeze it. Use as desired & needed. That's what I do with so much dill.
Cucumber salad with dill is tasty.
Sprinkle some over fish or add to tuna sandwiches.
Add some sprigs to salad.0
