Why dont you start by recording what you are eating in your diary? Then you can review it and see what foods are fitting into your daily goals, and which ones are taking you over.0

I kept a food journal for a full week to see an accurate record of my eating and trouble spots before I began my weight loss journey. I turn to magazines such as Eating Well, Vegetarian Times, and Cooking Light for meal ideas (or surf their websites).
If you need additional help you might consider working with a nutritionist who can help you tailor meal plans that fit your lifestyle.
Hope this helps.
