I have lost about 40 pounds beginning to now.. Still hoping for another 10 to 15 but here are my before and after pictures!!

My loss has been slow and steady over the past few years i have ran into many plateaus but have done it the natural way by eating right and exercising! Hope to get to goal sooner than later!!
