Hi guys,

I've lost 4lbs since my last weigh in on here, but gained 2lbs of muscle. This obviously only shows up as a 2lb weightloss on normal scales. I'm slowly learning to not pay too much attention to the number on the scales, however I would still like to record my weightloss on here. I'm confused as to what to enter my weight as though - do I enter a weightloss of 2lbs or 4lbs? I was thinking 4lbs, purely because I'd like to keep track of how much fat I've lost, but should I only be entering a 2lb loss? Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

Also, apologies if this is a stupid question haha. I'm not entirely clued up on fitness/weightloss :P

  • You should be tracking your WEIGHT and paying attention to your body figure/size. It's easy to look at the scale and get frustrated, until you put the jeans on and smile at the gap between the buckle and your waist.
