30 minute DVD suggestions? NOT JM. :)

Hate to say it, but JM is wearing a little thin for me (I've done 30DS and just finishing RI30)....do you all have any 30 minute DVD suggestions that are circuit-like in nature, or at least combine strength and cardio? Thanks!

I'll suggest the other evil- Bob Harper. His inside out workouts are brutal. Most of them are an hour but he has a shorter workout on all of the dvds. They are all strength based but they really get your heart pounding. I just found a set of 4 dvds at Target for $15.

I'd probably start with Pure Burn Super Strength. The 20 minute workout on that one isn't too bad. The others I have are:

    Cardio Conditioning
    Ultimate Cardio Body
There's another one but I can't remember the name of it.

The Biggest Loser workouts are pretty good too. I thought they would be weak and easy but I was wrong. I used them when I was starting out. I like Bob's better now because they use more weights.

It's quite old but I like Billy Blanks Cardio Bootcamp (Tae Bo). It's a very intense 29 minutes with both cardio and strength. For the strength section they use resistance bands though I do some of the movements with hand weights instead.
