Day 2 and determined. Have done SB before and have been successful. Just need to make it a life changing step towards healthier eating, etc.

I agree. I've done it before a few times and it worked every time. What tripped me up was I'd stay on Phase 1 too long and lose weight, then go right back to my old eating habits and put it back on, so I failed, not SBD. Phase 3, which is basically eat smarter and healthier as a lifestyle choice is way more important than 1, which I didn't pay attention to at the time. I learned a lot about food and nutrition from that book, too.0

I read that eating low carb makes you sick. I want to try SBD but i do not want to get sick.0

Sick? Everyone is different. I find after three days, my cravings are gone and I have more energy. After two weeks, you slowly add back carbs. Worth it to give it a try! Goodluck!0

You are right; it's more about eating smarter and healthier and sticking to it. Keep going!0
