Nike + the same as nike + ipod??

My iPhone 4 came preloaded with Nike + Ipod, but I apparently have to buy a $159.00 sensor to use it. Can I download Nike +, or is that the same thing?

    It's the same thing, but with Nike+ Running, you don't need the sensor.

    I seen the sensors in Bestbuy for like $16. they go in the nike + running shoes, the fuel band is 159.99.

    The Sensor itself is $16. You can buy the sensor and watch for $169 but you can use the sensor with the iphone.
