My husband and I are starting rush fit tonight. I'm looking fwd to it. We did p90x last year and we were looking for something different and chose this program. Looking for feed back from anyone who has done this program already.

I did it and actually completed it (which was a first for me) - The warm up and stretch are the same for all the workouts which gets a little old but I really liked the workouts. Using a HRM I was burning about the same number of calories as doing Insanity but without the I'm going to die feeling...

Thanks for the feedback. Did you find weight or inches loss?

i have done the GSP program twice this winter and it is a very fine workoout. As the other poster explained the warm up and cool down are the same for all of the workouts, however they are effective. The workouts vary in intensity. For me the hardest is Full Body Strength and Conditioning, kills me every time. Make sure to watch and practice the foundation moves before starting. I did not, which was a mistake. Have fun!
