This SUMMER I won't CRY over a SWIMSUIT!

I remember each summer I would go to my dresser and pull out my dreaded swimsuit! Putting it on was humiliating. Equally disappointing was getting out my shorts from the summer and realizing they didn't fit anymore.
But not this year!
I recently lost 26lbs and 5% body fat in 90 days using a at-home fitness program called P90x (resistance training and cardio that uses muscle confusion to help break through plateaus and keep you losing weight and adding muscle tone). I didn't think there was ANY way a fitness program advertised on the TV would actually work, especially after I had spent the previous 9 months at the gym and trail running 6 days a week, but after having not much to lose (but weight!) I took a chance and bought the complete program and the monthly protein meal replacement, Shakeology. Well, something amazing happened - they actually work! (Who would have thought?) So I canceled my gym membership, stopped getting up at 4am, and saved my gas and grocery money. The program paid for itself in 2 months.
I'm turning 30 in September and I've decided that I want to be in the best shape of my life. I know I am probably not the only one who has ever cried over their swimsuit. So I wanted to put together a 90 day P90x online summer fitness challenge group through my Facebook fitness page for anyone who wants to get serious about getting fit. It is open to anyone and it's free to join. We will be posting our daily workouts, tracking our food daily using MFP, doing a challenge of the day, sharing recipes, tips, and advice, and getting our bodies ready for the summer HEAT!
If you're feeling tired of working hard and not getting the results you want, please take this opportunity to combine a program that really works, solid nutrition guidance and a team of like-minded people to help support, encourage and motivate you to get the body you've always wanted.
The group starts on Monday, May 6th (kinda late notice I know), but there's still time! Just let me know and I'll message you the link to join the group.
