Hi there! Does anybody know how much calories can be burned doing 1 hour of U-Jam?

  Sorry I can't answer your question, but I didn't know what u-jam was so I googled it and watched it on youtube. It looks so FUN! I wish they had a class where I live.

  No worries. Yea, U-Jam is sooooo FUN. It's my favorite class. I feel like I'm at the club whenever I'm there. People are so lively and the music is good.
