Out shopping for some MUCH needed spring clothes - in my new size (I've lost 40 pounds this winter - still about 15 to go, but I'm feeling GREAT!!)

Anyway, I wanted to get a pair of shorts in another colour, so as the sales lady was walking to the OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE, she called out - "what size do you want"? My default reaction was to be furious that she'd ask me that in a room full of people, then I remembered - no problem, so I answered *proudly* "size 8 please"!! No shame in that number! :) Can't wait to yell out for a size 6 :)

    What a fantastic feeling! Smaller pants sizes are probably one of the best things about losing weight!

    Love that feeling! Last week a maintenance man accidentally walked into the women's locker room at my gym while I was still in my bra and panties. My first thought: "Hope he's enjoying the view." Before I would have been mortified.
