Just joined the site a couple of days ago under some encouragement and coaxing from my mother. We're motivating each other to stay true to ourselves and get healthy.

    I am in the early to mid 60's age group and I need to lose 28 lbs. As a "Senior Citizen" it is imperative that get fit and stay fit. Discipline is my biggest issue, obviously, but I am hopeful with My Fitness Pal calculating calories, fat, carbs, etc., with ease, that I will be motivated! Tracking food is made so easy with Fitness Pal and the best part of all, it's free!!
