The first picture is at 176 pounds and then second is at 137! I just feel so much better and healthier! I have no clue how to post picture so sorry if this doesn't work. :)

    I started last June so hoping to get the last 10-15 pounds off in the next few months. Eating right and lost of exercise! I go to Zumba 3-4 times a week and just started running and love it!

    Thanks! You will get there just work hard and keep your head in the game! I never thought that I would be there but I just told myself it won't happen over night! :)
