So ive been doing my diet since January, but recently my weight loss has rapidly slowed down! Is there anyway to get it going again? I am about to start going running daily so would that help?

Might need to re adjust calories :)

-making sure you're eating enough or not too much in accordance to your activity levels.

I usually re *kitten* my calories and macros every couple weeks or change them a bit.

I agree with miss Jenny there....you may need to up your calories...its a common thing that people eat too few or their body adjusts to it and then they need to eat more in order to lose...which is know sounds counterintuitive but its the facts....running will help in some ways...but generally studied show that doing just a few high intensity workouts per week is a lot more effective for weight loss than doing heaps of medium or low cardio workouts...so you may be better off just doing a few short but powerful workouts than using a lot fo time running and getting frustrated

I found that out from personal experience too...there was a time when i was doing about 3 hours a day on the elliptical cross trainer and still not losing weight...changed that to just 3 high intensity gym workouts of only about 40-60 mins each and started losing weight (plus i started eating more too)

So, thats just my opinion, but they would be my recommendations :)

    Good luck!!!
