Work out suggestions with a messed up ankle?

So..other than hobbling about on crutches and teetering with a boot (which is DAMN GOOD exercise), what are some exercises (or links. Links are good) that I can do with a messed up ankle? I know I can do "upper body" but could I have some suggestions? What you you do? I can't go to the gym exactly, nor do I own any weights, so I'd have to do my work out at home. Help?

    You only need one weight. A 10 lb kettlebell ought to do it. Wal Mart has them and they come with a dvd or a poster or you can google kettlebell workouts on the internet. You can burn 500 calories or more in an hour and not have to take hardly any steps at all. Its amazing. The kettlebell will work your arms, shoulders, core, buttocks heart, your whole body. Try it. you will see.

    Make your own weights! Milk jugs filled with sand, water, whatever.
