    5*6 or 5*7 (170cm)

    SW: 129.41 (58.700kg) - this is my weight form high school and I want to get back on weight I have had on college 52 - 54 kg
    GW: 116.84 (53 kg) - this is weight I have had between 1999 - 2007...
    UGW: 110 (50 kg) - this is only weight which made my lover abdomen totally flat but it was due bad stomach fly, I never achieved it again by diet and exercises.

    In general my main problem is lower abdomen which after eating food look like I am in 3th month of pregnancy. It measures 34 inches sometimes. Rest of the body I would not change change even at this weight now ( I am sorry I am am going to lose breasts which are full only at 126ibs and above then they start to melt at 115 ibs), but problem is that belly goes when kg goes down...

    Hope to find twin mate to keep me motivated to diet, since I love tasty food and easily gave up thinking life is to short not to enjoy in various tastes :-(

    I know I know we're not twins at all, I replied because I live in Castle Rock :) BTW, goal weight is not hugely important, I'm currently at 22% body fat and am really shooting for 20%, whatever weight that ends up being is fine with me.:smile:
