    5/3 4 miles. Add that to my current 9=14 miles. My goal is 200 so I have 186 to go.

    Sorry, I can't update my ticker.....I created another one and now the one for this challenge is gone. I'm sure there is an easy way to keep both tickers....but I just don't know how. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Worked last night, my hospital floor is big, twenty laps = a mile, so I walked laps when I could and am only logging the ones I did for this challenge, not my usual running around.

    3 mile jog and 5 mile bike today....added to the 14 I already had leaves me with178 to reach my lofty goal. I think I may have set it too high. But I'm nut changing it....will just keep trying.
