Brand new!

Hi! My name is Lorna. I am brand new to this site! I am looking to lose 25 pounds. I have lost some before now since having a baby 8 months ago but I seem to have stalled. So I thought I would check this out and see if it could help me. I put in my food from today and I went over my goal, but now I can pay more attention to it. I have heard counting calories works so I am excited to try it!

    It works really well. I suggest a balanced diet and you will lose all the baby weight :) Glad to have ya here!

    Welcome to MFP.. I'm in the same boat as you, i'm trying to lose 32lbs after having had my little boy 5 months ago.

    I lost weight after I had him but I had really bad sugar cravings and put on more weight..

    MFP really does help as you can keep a track of what your eating and the amount of calories are in foods..
    I love adding my exercise calories burned onto MFP.. weird eh? lol
