Hello MFP! I am new looking for fitness friends

Hello everyone. My name is Nakia. I am a 35 year old woman who has been on a journey to fitness since 2011. I have lost 30 pounds so far. I am currently 5'4 , 153 lbs. My goal weight is 140 lbs. I am using turbo fire but I do not follow the workout schedule. I try to do the longer workouts at least three times a week and the shorter workouts when I can. I also enjoy drinking Shakeology. I would love to talk to other people who are trying to lose weight and become fit.

    Hi, Nakia! :) I've got a lot more weight to lose, but I'm working out 5-6 days a week, and eating a lot better than I used to. If you want to add me, feel free! I could use more friends on here myself!
