    3.1 Miles today--I did my first 5K-- the Dirty Girl Mud Run in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Not much racing involved--just a fun, muddy obstacle course, but a blast nonetheless! :bigsmile:

    Hi really would love if somebody could explain how this works. I'm new here, I do walk a lot so this thread looks appealing to me. I normally just wear a pedometer and count my steps. Usually do roughly between 10.000 to 18. 000.
