Because you will need to convert in the future -- look for online measurement converters -- there are a lot out there to use0

oww thank you for posting - any idea how not to eat the whole lot in one go though? :blushing:0

Conversions can be really really tricky and can change depending on what you are cooking with.
This website has EVERYTHING you are converting ie: 2cups of chocolate chips to UK ounces.... or 1 cup sugar to grams.
Check it out. I love it and have NEVER gone wrong with changing measurements for baking...

Hi guys!
I really want to try out Jillian Michael's brownie recipe, but being in the UK we don't use cups as measurement, so I was hoping someone could help me convert the below recipes into either grams or ounces?
2/3 C honey
1/3 C unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 C whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 C unsweetened, natural applesauce
2 Tbs olive oil
1 large egg
3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Thank youuuu!
Anyone know the macros if following this recipe?0 -
sounds yummy0

Here's a link to the recipe with ingredients and nutritional info too - these look good, may have to try them myself.

If the nutritional info is correct on that link, then the sodium per serving is outrageous. Over 1000 mg of sodium in each little brownie?!?0 -
