    365 days ago, I bought these size 26 shorts. I weighed 302 pounds and now weigh 164 and wear a size 8.

    I'm 49, 5'8" and plan to keep logging every day now that I've reached a healthy weight.

    I want to be like this in a year or two! Good job!

    First, congratulations for a truly remarkable weight loss. I am always hearing from my female friends how difficult it is to lose weight if one is a woman, middle aged, whatever. And then I read a story like yours and scratch my head a little. I know, everyone is different. But you are an inspiration.
