Over in everything except cals?

I'm constantly in the red for all my macros other than sodium (especially sugar--I eat some fruit in the morning and evening and that puts me way over in the red without considering anything else already), but on some days am still under for calories. Though the calorie count is at a deficit, will being over in everything else hinder weight loss?

I'm usually over in everything except calories too (especially sodium) and as far as I can tell, it hasn't hindered my loss. Particularly if the sugars are coming from fruit, I think you're probably ok, it's not the same as if your sugar was coming from like, oreos.0
