You look great. I was wondering. My tummy is my problem area. I keep doing crunches, but I am not seeing results... and it has been 4 mths now. I don't understand. How did you get such a great looking stomach? I checked out your previous photos and they do not even look like you. You look amazing. Can you help me?
Thanks in advance.0 -
Thank you, I know even my family doesnt believe I was that big until I pull out the old fat pants and shirt that I saved and show them a pic of it on me. It has taken me 1 year to lose the weight and really you just have to lose weight and hope it comes off where you want it too. My hips and stomach seem to have been the last. I look really really tiny in my arms and chest. But just keep working on it but if you need to lose in your stomach then you need to do cardio more than just crunches. You cant see abs through fat so work the fat off then work on the abs.0

Hey, thanks for the advice. That helps a lot. I am going to have to try more cardio then.

OMG NO WAY!!!!!
I had 1 c-section and there was a girl on here once who said her mom was an OBGYN and that no matter what we do the skin will never tighten up and once we lose the weight the pooch will just be a flap of skin and I was so devastated... like "why even bother then??" but now I have hope again!!!
Great job! You are such an inspiration!!!0 -
Wow!! It's been said already a few times but you've truly inspired me!! When I think that I'll never be the skinny girl I want to be, I'll remember your before and afters.

Amazing! You look great!
And, yes...you CAN wear a two piece, puuulllleeeaaassseee.0 -
I am so happy that I have inspired some of you!!! Just stick to it but most of all live your life! If you feel like having pizza, do but only have 2 slices with a salad. Or if you are going out and want a piece of bread do so. You have to live and be happy. The weight will come off and remember the longer it takes to come off the better. I sure would not want to lose 10 lbs in one week because if I have a really bad week I would really hate stepping on the scale and seeing 10 lbs gained or more. So if you have any questions or you have hit a plateau and feel like you cant do it please remember that plateaus do happen and it is just are body saying wait a minute and let me get adjusted to this weight for a few weeks or maybe even months and then you will lose again!!!! Promise!!!! I couldnt even tell you how many plateaus I have had, I am actually on one now!!! LOL:laugh: :indifferent:0

Can you keep a secret
I am sooooooooooooooooo envious!!!!!
My son is 3 and my stomach is still all ugh and yucky from my c-section..... I gained so much weight and my skin literally ripped in various places because it was being stretch too far. :noway: I would love to have my stomach back on day
