jorge cruise ice cream homade
Jorge Cruise receipe. I just figured out the calories and fat per serving of homemade ice cream. 1/2 cup is 180 calories and 18 grams of fat. Is there a way to make this in an ice cream maker ,and have less fat, and still taste like ice cream. He uses malitol for sweetner, I plan to use stevia.

Found this recipe online and did some calculations to get the BFC ratio shown below. The counts on the evap milk came from the MFP food database. If you try it, please let us know if it tastes good.

300ml = 10 oz
pacific low fat evap milk 20 TBL (10 oz) has 20 carbs, 20 gms sugar 6 gms fat
if made with stevia, entire recipe is 20/1, 1/4 recipe is 5/0
Ingredients:
2 tsp gelatine dissolved in 2 Tbsp hot water
300 ml chilled low fat evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
sugar-free sweetener (equivalent to 4 Tbsp sugar)
This is what you do:
Whisk all the ingredients, and pour into freezing trays till it goes hard. It will take a couple of hours, but the wait will pay off!
Tips: You can eat the ice cream on its own, or toping up your favorite fruit or fruit salad. You can also freeze it in ice cube trays and have little ice cream scoops as snacks.0
