    I'm always amazed at how much weight is lost from our face...

    I no! Plus your boobs too!! There the first places I loose though my dad thinks my face now looks too gaunt and keeps saying I look ill haha , soo not true though I would prefere to loose weight everywhere else now!!

    When I was at my heaviest 182lb that was in 2010 ..I got down to 165lb in 2011/12 my final year in uni ...i think due to stress/very hectic schedule but I never was purposely trying to loose weight then although i wasn't complaining ..I officially started MFP when i was 165lb back in sep '12 so im here where i am now ....though i haven't lost weight since feb which is frustrating ... i've recently started a more intense workout regime so im hoping ill start loosing soon :)
