Okay guys I need your help!!

Options
So in the past few weeks I've increased my calories (yay!) but have used the extra wiggle room to eat junk (boo!).. I haven't gained or gone over my cals, but I feel pretty gross due to the crap I've been eating..

I need ideas for yummy, healthy meals..

What's your fav snack, breakfast, or lunch?

    Wow there are a bajillion options! Other than grab-n-go fruit like apples/oranges/bananas/pears, my fave healthy foods are
    1) Oatmeal. Make that stuff a million ways. They are all delicious
    2) Celery with peanut butter and raisins
    3) Mini-tacos (small corn tortilla, black beans, salsa, avocado, lettuce, or whatever your heart desires)
    4) Peanuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, ALL THE NUTS
    5) Yogurt with honey and frozen blueberries
    6) Hard boiled eggs
    7) Red/yellow peppers and carrots with hummus
    8) Steamed broccolini with a little olive oil, salt, and lemon juice
    9) Bean soups, lentil soups and stews (canned is good, but homemade is better)
    10) Cereal with unsweetened almond milk

    Honestly, there's no reason that you can't enjoy a treat at the end of the day.

    I enjoy Cool Whip Light. I will add this ontop of sugar free Jello (with for 1 cup, comes out to less than 100 calories).

    For a healthy snack, you could cut up an apple and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon onto the apple slices.
