20 lbs down...3 month progress (PICS)

Well I hit my 3 month mark. I started this Journey Feb 1, 2013 and have been chugging right along. I hit a few milestones this morning with my weigh in so I wanted to share it with you fine people. This morning I weighed in at 136.4 lbs...the exact highest possible for a "healthy BMI"...and no I don't go off of BMI exclusively but it is still nice to reach that mini goal for myself. I have also officially lost 20 lbs (well 19.6 ...but hey same thing haha).
To get here I have been just making healthier choices in general with my eating. I still eat a lot of the foods I used to eat, just smaller portions, I substitute with more whole grains, and I eat a lot more vegetable and fruits. No fad diets here! My exercise regime has consisted of the 9 week TurboFire prep program, and now I have completed the first 4 weeks of the 12 week TurboFire program. In addition I have almost completed the 30 day squat challenge and am hoping to take up running with this nicer weather!!
I am 5'2" FYI:
SW: 156lbs (highest was 167 in October 2012 with my pregnancy)
CW: 136.4lbs
GW: 120 (may up it later depending on muscle mass, etc.

Girl!!! You look great! My gut reaction to seeing the befofe and then the after pic was literally "holy *kitten*!" It definitely looks like more than 20 pounds and the side picture especially makes me say this. Congrats on your fantastic job!!0
