Oatmeal and frozen fruit. In the mornings I love putting frozen fruit in a bowl and then putting hot oatmeal over it. So good and healthy. XD
    Skim Milk
    Brown Rice
  • I always get turkey breast meat for lunch, light yogurt, oatmeal, and I really love the frozen talapia you can get from safeway they come individually wrapped and are less than 100 per filet so yummy. You can never go wrong with fruits and veggies either.

100 calorie packs are my lifesaver. You can still have the chips/cookies/whatever your craving is, but in an automatically portioned guilt free package! There are tons of different kinds for whatever you fancy and I always just grab one with lunch. Most have only around 3g of fat, too, so you aren't overdoing it there, either.

I also love Light and Fit yogurt and the 90 calorie Fiber One bars. They both are quick and easy but filling and not too bad. I usually take them to work with me as a snack, especially if I don't get a chance to eat breakfast before I leave.

careful with canned items - try to get them in glass if possible.

I just got home from grocery shopping, here are the things I pretty much always pick up:

    organic extra firm tofu
    organic tempeh
    Gardenburger Veggie Medley burgers
    garbanzo beans
diced tomatoes (Italian style, if they have them)
Vital Wheat Gluten (for making a big batch of seitan, $4 worth last all week)

I also always try to have on hand, but don't need to buy every week:
    various Mrs. Dash seasonings
lower sodium soy sauce and/or Bragg Liquid Aminos
    teriyaki sauce
    ketchup and various mustards
cumin, cinnamon, sweet curry powder, garlic powder

Here are the things I'm getting every week since it's summer and the Farmer's Market is going:
    Radishes
    Cucumbers
    Zucchini
    Tomatoes
    Kohlrabi
    Lettuce
Eggplant-first one I've seen at FM so far this summer, we'll see how it is!

Lastly, I always like to keep the basics for making veggie sushi around, so whatever leftover veggies I have I can throw in a sushi roll (so that means nori sheets, rice vinegar, and sushi rice)

thinwiches...they are 100 calories...u can use them instead of regular bread for sandwiches. I love to put eggs in the middle for breakfast and also have a cup of fresh fruit on the side. SMOOTHIES...here is my recipe:

    handful spinach leaves
    1/2 organic plain soy milk
    1/2 bananna
    1 c blueberries or strawberries
    2 tbsp blue agave syrup

YUM on hot days...about 200 calories

Shirataki noodles or tofu shirataki noodles. You can find them by the tofu. They are great in soups and stir-frys or any kind of asian dish. Just get creative. :)
