Weight is stuck. What is the best protein shakes to have for breakfast that helps muscles and weight lose.

Hey,
I just found these new strained yoghurts - low fat, super thick Greek Yogurt and LOADS of protein per pot (they seem to range between 10 and 15g of protein per serving) and they are tasty and filling. Try these instead of a nasty tasting shake for breakfast. You could add a bit of Granola too if you want something with a bit of crunch.0 -
