I have already lost 15 pounds without exercise but it has been really slow. I am ready to kick it up a notch
And get thin, fit, and strong. Anyone want to join me?

    I'm with you. I lost some weight on my own as well (8lbs) and just joined MFP less than a week ago. I'm trying to lose 22lbs for sure and then maybe another 10lbs based on how I think I feel and look. I just want to be healthy and within a normal BMI range. I just started with walking and climbing stairs (which is brutal!!) and am going to start some weights to lose my jiggly arms! I'll send you a friend request and hopefully we can do this together!!
