Where can I go to find out more about my metabolism numbers? Do I just call my family Dr and have him point me in the direction. I doubt insurance pays for anything like that.

I wonder the same thing - where can I get my RMR tested? Doc had no idea...0

Call a University medical center. Most big universities have BodPods.
Search "bodpod" in your area.

Find a sports medicine physician. Not sure about your area, but we have the "Iron Man sports institute at memorial hermann" here.

If you have a university in your area, they might have a BodPod. There are other places that have them, too. They are pretty easy to use and give lots of information on body composition and metabolic rates. I think some Lifetime Fitness locations can do the testing as well. I would Google BodPod + your zip code.0

in our area it's the local leisure centre. Or local gym, they will do it for a slight hefty fee. Maybe try the gyms in your area.0
