Hip Hop Abs workout

Hi everyone,

I am looking to add another workout to my Body Revolution and I am wondering how long in length the HIP HOP ABS workouts are?

Do you have to take the shakeology drink?

Thanks to anyone who can answer these questions :)

    Hey, give me a few and I will try to find out for you. No you don't have to drink Shakeology :-)

    OK, looking at my training info the shortest workout is 13 minutes and the longest is 45 minutes. It is a 30-day program...

    The longest workout is 45 minutes with most of them being about 30 minutes long. :smile:

    Thanks girls! I am excited to try something new....I have been on a Jillian Michaels kick for awhile now. I finished 30 Day Shred, and now I am doing Body Revolution so I would like to through a bit of someone else in there to keep from getting super bored of her :)

    week 1
    day 1 - fat burning cardio
    day 2- fat burning cardio
    day 3 - ab sculp
    day 4 - fat burning cardio
    day 5 - fat burning cardio
    day 6 - ab sculpt
    day 7 - rest, walk, or be active

    Week 2
    day 1 - fat burning cardio
    day 2- fat burning cardio & ab scuplt
    day 3 - fat burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 4 - ab sculpt
    day 5 - fat burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 6 - at burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 7 - rest, walk, or be active

    week 3
    day 1 - fat burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 2 - total body burn
    day 3 - fat burning crdio & hips buns thighs
    day 4 - fat burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 5 - total body burn
    day 6- - ab sculptday
    day 7 - rest, walk, or be active


    week 4
    day 1 - total body burn
    day 2 - fat burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 3 - fat burning crdio & hips buns thighs
    day 4 - total body burn
    day 5 - fat burning cardio & ab sculpt
    day 6 fat burning crdio & hips buns thighs
    day 7 - rest, walk, or be active

    I've just received it in the mail....My question would be on how to enter it into the MFP diary??? Not that that is the big issue, but would like to track it for myself???
