You will soon! I keep reading it's about the beginning of level two OR the middle. I noticed changes around day 12. I just felt smaller:) You gotta keep it up though.0

I noticed physical changes after about five days. I was very very unfit before I started though. The biggest change I noticed in level one was endurance. Just remember that everybody is different, and even if you're not seeing any visible changes on the outside, there will still be benefits to you on the inside. I've just finished Level Three. Good luck and stick with it!!0

I'm just completed 15 days...i lost 10 lbs quickly, but for the last 4 days I've stayed the same. I'm trying different exercises, increasing the hours of work out and eating fewer calories...I've pulled out the tape measure, and inches are coming off so I think I'll put the scale away for awhile and keep the positive trackers....Also, I pulled out some clothes I wasn't able to get on a week ago, there still snug but I can button.0

Thank you guys! Can't wait to move to the next level0

Well I'm on day 14, (Level 2, Day 4) and I've only lost .5 lbs (bummer...) but I've definitely noticed changes in endurance, lost inches, and I feel a dash of sexiness. Keep it up!0

Just a heads up, I found that *cough* leveltwoisn'tmuchfun *cough* but it does get results.0

THANK YOUUU!0

I haven't notice a ton of changes yet. When I measured and took pics after the end of level 1 there were virtually no changes in measurements and could not see much of anything on pics.
I am on day 7 of level 2 and I did just recently discover my amazing collarbones, so maybe that's thanks to 30 Day Shred. Haven't shown much weight loss but I am close to my goal and unfortunately had a high sodium day the day before my last weigh in which disguised my weight loss.0 -
I'm on Day 15 (level 2 Day 5) and noticed weight difference more in level 1 in level 2 I am pretty much staying the same but the workout is much more annoying and I don't feel like doing it because of all the planks... Considering doing level 1 again haha0
-
I'm not doing 30 days straight - will probably finish in 45 days..
I am losing cm's - but I also just had a 0.8kg (about 2pd) weight loss in one week (the end of level 2). I am fitting in to clothes that I have never been able to wear before.
Just stick with it.. And I preferred level 2 over level 3 (I am a few days in)...0 -

Like this for me. I felt that my body noticeably changed about 6 days in to level 1. Haven't noticed much more since and I'm now on D5L3. I don't weigh, just have a few clothes items I'm trying to get back into.
I am going back to L1 once I've completed the programme, possibly with heavier weights.
I wonder whether it's because the exercises in L1 are more suited to my needs? Or if I was just being a bit more careful with what I was eating at the beginning.0 -
at the end of level one i lonly ost around 2 inc. but i can see how my body is like different fat then it used to be now i am on level 2 and hoping for some good result0

Yesterday was L2, D3, and I am seeing lots of changes in my body. I am wearing clothes that have not fit me in ages and all of my jeans are way too big and hang so low on my hips that I walk on them. That's great, except for the fact that I buy expensive jeans from Buckle!!! I have lost about 12 pounds, but some of that was lost before 30 Day Shred, from Slim in 6. I had to stop that workout because I just didn't have the time. When school is out, I will have more time. Keep it up, you will see results quickly!!!0

I just started Level 2 and few minutes into it, I was already out of breath but I was able to finish the workout, with some modifications though.0

Yes! I think my endurance has improved. And I don't feel lazy anymore unlike before when I would always stay in my bed or couch. Now I always want to move!0 -
I am in love with the 30 day shred!!

L2 D7, I love it too and I have one pair of jeans that feel tighter, but I think (hoping, that is) that's because my buns and thighs are getting some muscle!! The only thing I measured before was waist and abdomen, and have lost some there so it must (HAHA) be the buns and thighs!! (My body is shaped like a barrel on two toothpicks, so I could stand to gain some in the butt and thighs while my waist and abdomen lose)0 -

OP: Don't get discouraged because the 30 Day Shred is a very clever program that gets results, however, they seem to appear in spurs.
This is my 2nd time doing it. The first time was a few years ago when I didn't have knee issues, so I could do it every single day. I lost about 25 pounds in about 4 months - with 3 months of 30DS and the first month doing her Cardio DVD Burn Fat Boost Metabolism.
This time around, because of knee issues, I started doing it 2 to 3 times per week . Currently aiming towards 5 times per week. I noticed from the first time I did it that having one day rest worked better for me than doing it every single day.
So far I have lost inches like crazy. I eat clean with a cheat day per week , sometimes 2, and walk 1h15 mins per day at 3mph to 3.5mph. I don't eat back my exercise calories, but on my cheat day, I can eat up to 2300 net calories.
At first, I lost weight but very little, like 0.4 pounds per week, 7X Level 1 sessions into it, I gained weight temporarily ( 1 to 2 pounds). However, my muscle definition started to show after Level 1 session 5 and I lost a huge amount of belly fat, about 2 centimeters on the waist within 2 1/2 weeks.
Intensity: I use 4.5 pounds ( 2 kilos) dumbbells and do only beginner modifications for the lunges and squats, otherwise, I follow Natalie( advanced ).
Level 2 has definitely been where I've seen the most progress. I do sweat a lot more than doing Level 1. I love Level 2 because it's not as hard on the knees, or maybe my knees are now much stronger.
As you progress through the levels, you do get to burn more calories because you are able to exercise more intensely than when you started. Also, because you have built muscle, you are also burning more calories, even at rest.
You should get positive results soon.
The amazing thing about this program is that it works on so many levels. Emotionally, it will make you feel amazing, and if you are a bit depressed, will lift up your mood.
If you are out of shape and not the exercise bunny type, it will give you motivation and make you fall in love with exercise.
Sometimes, when I don't feel like doing it, I remind myself of my goal, I remind myself that I get results, I remind myself it's just 20 minutes and that I'll feel wonderful afterwards. My new motto for this journey is: "Falling out of love with food, falling in love with muscle."
Also, if you go to Amazon and look at the reviews, you'll see that there are people who are quite athletic that find this program challenging, so it's definitely an accomplishment just to be able to go through the whole DVD...
You will get fitter and build your endurance. It will tremendously help you to get to a fitness level where you can tackle new challenges.0 -

thank you!! on my 12th day tomorrow0 -
I've just done L2D6 this morning and I am really noticing a difference. I always thought that my thunder thighs were something I would just have to learn to live with but my pants are beginning to feel loose in the bottom and thigh area.
My main concern is my tummy. Sometimes I am concentrating on getting the moves right and keeping up, I'm worried I'n not keeping my tummy pulled in as much as I should and it won't work - that's the part I'm trying to shift the most!!!!!!0 -
I'm on Level 2 day 8. I haven't lost any weight while doing it, with a calorie deficit.
But I lost 2 inches from my waist during Level 1.
I just measured again yesterday and have lost an inch from my upper arms and .5 inch from my hips.
The big thing that I've noticed is that I can actually feel muscles forming and growing.
Keep going and I'm sure you'll see results. Make sure to take measurements!0
