    Try hummus and whole wheat pita bread. That is what I had today and it was soooo good. About 140 cals for the pita loaf and 50 cals for 2 tbsp. of humus. :smile:
  • I just ate a grilled chicken caesar salad, with low fat caesar dressing. Pretty full!:wink:

    Favorite lunch
    Romaine lettus
    1/3 cp craisins
    2 tblsp low fat feta cheese
    as much balsalmic vinegar as I want!

    1 serving of whole wheat pita chips and 1 serving humus
    200 calories

    I eat

    Whole What Karnagoo pita 80 cals
    1 6oz can drained tuna 125 cals
    1 tbs mirical whip 35 cals

    cup of grapes
    yogurt 60 cals
    cup of carrots...

    YUMMY and filling.... :bigsmile:

    NOTE.. I have 1710 cals a day... the sandwich its self is very filling...:bigsmile:

    I L:heart: VE PIZZA!! The WW Smart One's and South Beach Living pizzas are filling because of the bread continuing to swell, they're yumm-o and have minimal cals.
  • If you are tired of lettuce, try fresh green beans with low cal Caesar salad dressing, and freshly grated parmesan cheese. I love it!

    i just made the best salad!!!

    1.5 cups romaine lettuce
    some tomato
    onion
    cucumber
    3 oz chunk light tuna
    1 tbsp. lite miracle whip and 1 tsp tobasco sauce
    balsamic vinaigarette.

    delicious!

    Cottage Cheese is wonderful. Typically I have it with a grain and a fruit.
