Hi everyone, I've been doing MFP for about 20 days now and love it!! It's so easy to log all my food and exercise right from my phone. I started a 30 day program at our local fitness club 3 weeks ago and it is kicking my butt! In a good way, I should add. I have always been overweight, weighing as much as 280 lbs. At age 34 I lost 100 pounds due to depression but got my life together and have since bounced between 180 and 210. My goal is to be back to 180. That may seem like still a lot of weight, but it's where I felt most comfortable with myself. I'm 45 years old now and hope to reach my goal before my 46th birthday in August. I'm hoping to make a few friends on here to help me through this journey. Thanks!
