Cholesterol In Check

So I've been religiously using MFP for about 6 months now. Down 37 pounds and this is the last week of P90X doubles for me-then onto other workouts. Went in for a biometric screening for health insurance this morning. For the first time EVER, ALL of my cholesterol numbers were within the healthy range. With heart disease running in my family, this is good news-the best news!! Please join me in my happy dance!! :happy:
