Hello

I joined up to MFP in May, and lost 13lbs so half way to my target. I have had a very busy month, personally and professionally, so things have slipped a little. I have only gained 2lbs, but I really want to get back in to the good habits I'd formed.
Would be grateful for support to help keep me going this time...so please add me as a friend if you can help and by all means I'll offer the same encouragement in return!

Thanks x

Hi, you can me as your friend also. Don't sweat the two pounds at least you caught it before it became 5 pounds or more. We all have our bad times but just log in everyday it keeps you on track.

You can do it! I just had 6 weeks off due to having 6 stitches in my foot. I still could have done pilates, etc. but used it as an excuse. Anyway, I didn't gain any weight back but I can tell I have lost strength. I started back last week and it feels good to be back on the wagon!

Welcome back, you can do it, you're obviously on track if you only gained 2lbs during your break. Hang in there the weight will come off soon

Glad you are getting back on track. Two pounds isn't too bad. You can friend me if you want.
  • Welcome back. I'm glad you didn't let the 2 pounds make you throw your hands up in the air and say oh well. Then gain back more. I've done that so many times. So you definitely are on the right track. Good luck in your journey.
