Hi everyone! I'm a 24-year-old history major with a minor in women and gender studies. I've been an on-again off-again mfp-er for awhile now and I'm just getting back into the groove. I hate using the word diet because I really feel like this is a lifestyle change, not something that I'll only be doing for a short time. I want to lose inches and gain muscle, not just lose weight. I'm planning on sticking to it this time. I love to do Zumba, core workouts, and strength training. Feel free to add me if you have similar goals and want to be buddies!
