I just planned all my meals for today and my protein is -11g, so I have 11g more protein than I should according to MFP... is that neccesarily a bad thing? Will it hinder my weight loss?

No it is not a problem. MFP's suggestion for protein is way low. Unless you have a kidney condition I would say eat more protein. I probably average 90-100 g a day and will try to get more on days I strength train.

No, in fact, its probably lower than you want it anyway. MFP tends to go WAY low on protein. If you are an average sized male I wouldn't worry about it until at least 80 grams protein. For example, I eat about 200 grams of protein/day. I do in depth strength training so my goals are probably different than yours, but you'll benefit from getting 80-100 grams of protein each day.

Edit: Sorry, glanced at your picture and thought you were male. Apologies. The other posters are right though, and 80-100 grams still will be good for you.

Protein also helps keep you feeling fuller longer so going over a little bit isn't going to hurt you

I would try to stick as close as possible with carbs and fat.
