Hi everyone! I finally figured out how to post pictures, and since I've been a member of this site since last July, I figured it was about time I shared my success thus far.

In March 2011, I weighed 220 lbs the day I had my daughter. Last July, I had gone down to about 185ish, but I could barely walk up a small hill without being completely out of breath and having a break down. I wanted to get back to running, to my pre-pregnancy weight. I also wanted my confidence back. Thus began my new healthy lifestyle. I've since surpassed my pre-pregnancy weight of 150 (I'm now 143 lbs), and I'm never looking back.

Stats:

SW: 220 CW: 143 GW: 133

I went from wearing size 18 pants to size 11 now!
