Need advice!

Hi all!
I am 21 years old, 5'5, and around 157 pounds. I'd really like to get down to 140.
I struggle often with losing the weight. I find myself struggling with a plan to use and stick to. Count calories? 1200 a day and no exercise? 1500 with exercise? Eat clean for 6 days and have a splurge day? No splurge day but just portion throughout the week? I will drop five pounds, get stuck and then just eat and gain it back. I'd love some advice/tips to lose these 17 or so pounds!!!Thanks in advance!!!

The only way I could drop the weight when I was where you are is to stick to it and Increase your workouts. For example I was 180 and wanted to get to 150. I ate high protein foods (to keep from getting hungry) like tuna and would have Chicken with shredded lettuce. I would run 5-12 miles a day and the weight fell off but you have to make sure you are eating other greens to get the nutrients your body needs. Also the lower you go make sure you watch your electrolights in the summer or you will fall out. Hope this helps.0
