Just A Hello--My First Post

I began using MFP a month ago (I was down 4lbs but went to a birthday party over the weekend so I'm back up two!) and I started running late last year. I lost 8lbs just running, but that plataeued after only a few months, so now I'm dieting.

I've run three 5Ks so far. I'm not very fast, but I'm not the slowest...which is my number 1 goal, avoid embarrassment!

I'm inspired by all the success stories and hope to be one someday. Have a great day!
