Looks like I'm down 1.8 lbs this week. I don't know if it's Chalean Extreme or my metabolism has kicked into gear or what, but I've dropped like 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I've almost reached 10 pounds lost since this challenge started, so that averages to about a pound and a half a week, not too shabby. I'm hoping that running a mile starts to get a bit easier. My heart rate is near 180 the entire time and I'm pretty wiped out by time I finish. It would probably be better to break it up into two 8-minute jogs or something but its hard to go backwards... haha. I'll just be stubborn and hope it gets easier. My aerobic capacity has got to improve the more I do it.0 -

After a few days of the scale being annoying, it's finally back to normal again. Between homecooked meals and cupcakes and eating out, the past few days have been a bit harder than usual. This morning I was down 0.4 from my Sunday weigh in so I think I'm good now. I've shifted my gym days to today and Friday since I had the baseball game last night and I have a haircut tomorrow. i did a lot of walking yesterday, and tomorrow I'll try to fit some exercise in somehow. I also still need to get to that consignment shop to get rid of the giant pile of clothes I sorted out of my closet and drawers. Maybe I'll go after the gym Friday...0
