So I made these last night, and they're delicious!!! No sugar, no artificial sweetener, but they were soooooo good! It'd be a disservice to NOT share the recipe!
3 mashed bananas (I used super ripe ones)
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups of oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
simply mix the ingredients, and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Let them cool down, then enjoy!

I used a TBSP when I made mine, but this was before I started MFP so unfortunately I have no info on the nutritional values.0 -
There would be a fair bit of sugar in the applesauce, but no ADDED sugar is always good :-) They sound really yummy, I will try them. How many calories per cookie?0

I used unsweetened/natural applesauce (though I think it probably would have tasted a little better had I used sweetened applesauce). The riper the bananas are, the sweeter the cookies will be.0 -

I used unsweetened applesauce as well, and used SUPER ripe bananas so mine were still fairly sweet. (Not a huge fan of sugary stuff anyways) .... and I'm not good on figuring out the nutritional information but the above post sounds about right0
