Why is my calorie burn so high after 35 minutes. Is there something I am doing wrong. The machine tells me under 200 cal, but mfp tells me over 500cal.
When I am on the treadmill for the same amount of time I burn 380cal. Anyone have an answer? Thanks

The "calories burned" from exercise machines are not 100% accurate. They make a lot of assumptions about you that may or may not be true. The better machines ask you how much you weigh, how tall are you, how old are you, etc. But even those aren't perfect. If you want a more accurate answer, you might consider investing in a heart rate monitor. There are lots of threads on those here.0
