I don't know how I did it either everyone!
What I've done to get this far is pretty simple. I track my calories and use a deficit. I haven't calculated TDEE or anything, I just use what MFP recommends me. I never eat over my allotted calories for the day, not even once! Also, I purchased a heart rate monitor and use that to track my calories burned, rather than just guessing it with what MFP estimates. I haven't cut out any food from my diet (except for soda, I don't see the point in it). So basically I just eat what I want, stay under my calories, do a LOT of cardio and some moderate weight lifting, and keep a positive attitude! I suppose it might help that I'm really young, I'm only 19. I am also amazed how fast the weight has come off, my doctor was too. Though he explained it isn't uncommon for bigger people to lose it faster. I lost 20 pounds in the first week and a half! Hopefully I can keep this up. I run my first 5K in June!0 -
You're an inspiration!0
